Nestled beside the Merrimack River, The Arbors at Dracut is a warm and inviting community for senior living in Massachusetts. We provide comfort, care, and a sense of belonging to residents from hardworking backgrounds—retired managers, office workers, and nurses who spent their lives in the Lowell area, raising families and contributing to the local community. Our caring team provides familiar comforts, from home-cooked meals to classic pastimes like jigsaw puzzles and BINGO.

The Arbors at Dracut: A Welcoming Community for Seniors
What can you expect from The Arbors at Dracut? A vibrant community that celebrates the joys of aging and prioritizes the well-being of its residents.
Comfortable Living with Personalized Care
The Arbors at Dracut offers 79 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments along with Reflections, our specialized memory support environment. Our community is built to provide a balance of independence and personalized care, ensuring that each resident receives the attention they need while enjoying an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Residents can expect quality personal care, an elegant home-like atmosphere, and engaging social opportunities. Whether enjoying a leisurely stroll, chatting with neighbors, or participating in a favorite activity, our residents feel at home.
Dining That Feels Like Home
At The Arbors, we understand that food is an essential part of life. Our chef, Anthony, has been with us for nearly a decade and has over 15 years of experience in the food service industry. He works closely with residents, gathering feedback and ensuring the dining service and meals reflect the flavors and dishes they love most.
Our menu includes a mix of comfort food classics, such as meatloaf, spaghetti and meatballs, baked haddock with Ritz cracker topping, and sirloin in au jus. Residents also enjoy New England staples like roasted turkey with all the trimmings. Every meal is crafted with care, providing both nutrition and nostalgia.
Engaging Activities and Community Events
Life at The Arbors is full of opportunities to stay active, socialize, and make lasting memories. Some of our weekly activities include:
- Baking with Mary Beth
- Manicures and mimosas
- Men’s luncheon
- Veterans coffee talk
Residents and their families also look forward to seasonal celebrations, including a Mardi Gras party, summer BBQ, Trick-or-Treating for grandkids, and a festive holiday gathering in December. Additionally, we organize day trips to Hampton Beach, The Brook Casino, Veterans Memorial Park, and favorite local restaurants like Mama’s Italian Restaurant.
Honoring Our Veterans
Many of our residents are veterans, and we take great pride in recognizing their service. Every year, we host a weeklong Veterans Celebration leading up to Veterans Day, with special events designed to honor them and their families.
