After years in the business, there is one thing that I have learned to be true, “it’s not just about the pretty walls, it’s about the foundation”. This is what brought me to The Arbors. Recently, I had the pleasure of watching an associate of ours grow his career from within the company. Anthony joined The Arbors in 2015 working as a part-time dishwasher in Stoneham. Ubering back and forth to work, Anthony never missed a shift. When the opportunity presented itself to help serve on the food-line one day a week, Anthony stepped up to the plate. The Arbors saw promise in Anthony and committed to helping his career growth. Six years later, Anthony has not only grown his culinary skillset but has moved on to take the Food Service Director position in our Dracut community.
