The Arbors Assisted Assisted Living is looking for an individual experienced with elders diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementia’s for a full-time position as the Program Director of its memory support community.
The ideal candidate is passionate about providing quality of life care for seniors with dementia. Job requirements include being an energetic, organized, positive, team-oriented person with a compassionate personality and possessing excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer knowledge and experience in calendar and newsletter development are essential. The Program Director oversees staff on a day-to-day basis, and is responsible for training all incoming employees.
This is a salaried position at 40 hours per week, which includes benefits. The typical work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening hours.
