We are seeking a driven, dedicated and goal-oriented Executive Director with strong leadership and marketing skills as well as operations management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Management of the community’s budget and occupancy goals
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to provide the highest customer service experience to our Residents and their families.
  • Provide onsite Marketing and sales support as well as community outreach.
  • Conduct monthly family and staff meetings and day to day operations management.
  • Oversee the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.

Marketing and/or Business experience required

Senior living experience is required.
