BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

Part Time (32 Hours)

Responsibilities include; payroll, accounts payable/receivable, bank deposit & reconciliation, oversight of administrative functions of the office, oversite of receptionist desk, etc. The candidate must be detailed oriented, a multi-tasker and organized.

QUICKBOOKS AND MS EXCEL PROFICIENCY A MUST.

Knowledge of Checkwriters payroll system a plus.
